EduLedger is designed to assist educational institutions with managing school-related academic, administrative, financial, and operational activities.
Users must use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
2. User Accounts
Schools and authorized users may be provided with login credentials to access EduLedger.
Users are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
- Not sharing passwords with unauthorized individuals.
- Providing accurate information.
- Informing the school administrator or EduLedger support team of suspected unauthorized access.
GMS DESIGNS AND TECH is not responsible for losses resulting from users voluntarily sharing their login credentials.
3. School Data
Schools are responsible for ensuring that the information entered into EduLedger is accurate, lawful, and appropriate.
This may include student, parent, teacher, staff, academic, attendance, fee, examination, and other school-related information.
The school or authorized institution remains responsible for the data it enters and manages through the platform.
4. Acceptable Use
Users must not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform.
- Modify, damage, or disrupt the software or its infrastructure.
- Upload malicious software or harmful code.
- Attempt to access another user’s account without authorization.
- Use the platform for unlawful activities.
- Copy, reproduce, resell, or commercially exploit EduLedger without written permission.
5. Software Ownership
EduLedger, including its software, interface, design, branding, source code, features, documentation, and related intellectual property, is owned or licensed by GMS DESIGNS AND TECH, unless otherwise stated.
Unauthorized copying, modification, distribution, or reverse engineering of the software is prohibited.
6. Availability
We aim to keep EduLedger available and functioning reliably. However, temporary interruptions may occur because of:
- Scheduled maintenance
- Software updates
- Server or hosting issues
- Internet or network problems
- Security incidents
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
We may temporarily suspend access when necessary for maintenance, security, or technical reasons.
7. Third-Party Services
EduLedger may use third-party services such as hosting, payment, messaging, email, analytics, or other technology providers. The availability and operation of such third-party services may be subject to their respective terms and policies.
8. Payments and Subscriptions
Where EduLedger is provided under a paid subscription or service agreement, applicable fees, subscription periods, renewal conditions, and payment terms will be communicated to the customer separately.
9. Limitation of Liability
EduLedger is provided as a technology solution to assist with school management.
While GMS DESIGNS AND TECH makes reasonable efforts to maintain the reliability and security of the platform, we do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely free from technical issues.
Schools and users should maintain appropriate records and follow their own data-management and operational procedures.
10. Changes to These Terms
GMS DESIGNS AND TECH may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
Updated terms will be published on the relevant EduLedger website or application.
